What you will do
- Own and operate the live ops content pipeline, from planning and briefing to tracking, reviews, integration, and release readiness.
- Steward and elevate hirify.global’s creative strategy for live ops content, maintaining style continuity, quality, and cohesion.
- Partner with design and art management to align on creative direction, review norms, and quality standards.
- Lead and support the internal art team with a collaborative, feedback-forward culture and focus on sustainable output.
- Manage external studio collaborations with clear briefs, fast feedback, and defined acceptance criteria.
- Translate creative goals into shippable realities by collaborating with engineering on performance and integration needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years in game development or real-time content production with meaningful experience shipping ongoing live ops content.
- Proven experience in collaborative environments where success depends on influence rather than top-down hierarchy.
- Strong experience working with external studios and vendors to achieve great results through clear briefs, thoughtful feedback, and reliable delivery.
- Excellent creative judgment combined with the ability to build systems that help teams make good decisions repeatedly.
- Comfort partnering with engineering and production to ensure assets are performant and shippable.
- English: B2 required.

- Experience scaling an art/content pipeline across multiple platforms.
- Experience evolving outsourcing strategy (vendor selection, capacity planning, quality frameworks).
- Familiarity with UGC ecosystems, social platforms, or creator-driven content economies.
- Comfort with production tooling like Jira, Linear, and operational metrics.
