What you will do

• Translate incoming production needs into clear, actionable briefs.
• Identify, secure, and onboard suitable external partners (freelancers and studios).
• Coordinate interviews and the selection process for fast decision-making.
• Negotiate partner rates to ensure competitive pricing and long-term value.
• Monitor ongoing engagements and gather feedback to maintain high quality.
• Proactively search for new freelancers and studios to strengthen the network.

Requirements

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to reliably manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for video games and familiarity with the industry.
• Independent, accountable, and self-driven.
• Open to candidates with 0–5 years of experience in relevant fields.
