What you will do

• Lead international analytics projects with country organizations and Sales teams across all channels.
• Translate commercial challenges into structured analytical use cases.
• Turn results into clear recommendations, co-creating and supporting the implementation of impactful plans with Sales and Commercial stakeholders.
• Own reporting for key commercial and analytics initiatives, delivering clear, actionable insights for business users.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent data and continuously improve KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Share insights with Sales, Commercial, and Leadership teams, presenting strategic topics and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Business-savvy analytical profile with 3+ years of experience in FMCG or another consumer-focused industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong project management skills.
• Solid analytical and technical foundation.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
