Senior Business Analyst (HR Technology): Shaping internal HR technology solutions by streamlining HR processes, connecting multiple tools, and translating complex business needs into actionable solutions with an accent on consolidating inputs into structured business requirements and analyzing current HR processes and data flows. Focus on leading end-to-end implementation of new HR tools and identifying opportunities to automate HR workflows.

Location: Hybrid model with offices in Amsterdam, Belgrade, Berlin, Limassol, Munich, Prague, Warsaw, Yerevan, or remote from Germany.

What you will do

  • Partner with HR teams to understand day-to-day workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders, consolidating inputs into structured business requirements and user stories.
  • Analyze and document current HR processes and data flows, creating clear visual diagrams.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of new HR tools and manage integrations between HR systems and other internal platforms.
  • Act as product owner for assigned HR technology products, defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Mid- to senior-level experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager, ideally working on internal products or platforms.
  • Experience with HR technology projects or internal tools, and a solid understanding of core HR processes.
  • Experience working with both SaaS HR systems and custom in-house tools.
  • Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and working with complex rules and dependencies.
  • Proficiency with prototyping and diagramming tools, and ability to communicate ideas visually.
  • Basic understanding of software development and system architecture.
  • Working proficiency in English (B2).
