Senior Consultant Financial Consolidation (IFRS/GAAP): Leading and delivering complex financial consolidation projects for enterprise customers, designing and implementing modern, scalable solutions using hirify.global technology with an accent on IFRS/local GAAP, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and statutory reporting. Focus on translating customer business and regulatory requirements into solution designs, configuring consolidation applications, and advising on best practices for financial close and disclosure management.

Location: Hybrid working model available, based at Chiasso HQ (Switzerland), with occasional international travel for client engagements.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end financial consolidation and statutory reporting implementation projects.
• Translate customer business and regulatory requirements into solution designs and technical specifications.
• Design complex consolidation models, including group structures, ownership, and intercompany eliminations.
• Facilitate workshops with senior Finance stakeholders (CFOs, Group Controllers).
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
• Contribute to methodology development, mentoring junior consultants, and supporting pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial consolidation consulting or corporate group consolidation roles.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation principles (IFRS and/or local GAAP).
• Proven experience with intercompany eliminations, multi-currency consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Experience implementing EPM/CPM/consolidation software solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English: C1+ required.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
