What you will do

• Work closely with department leads, fellow architects, product owners, business analysts, and development teams.
• Act as a reference point for architectural models, processes, and governance.
• Balance complex requirements between diverse stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and business value.
• Design transition architectures outlining relationships between business processes, data, organizational structures, and technology.
• Activate creative and innovative solutions to support and drive organizational change.
• Present architectural points of view and complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent level of thinking.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with architecture within a global corporation.
• Proven experience working in dynamic environments with complex landscapes and intertwining interests.
• Ability to balance conceptual and strategic issues with tangible impact.
• Continuous learning mindset with strong persistence towards completing tasks within deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, engage, and align people in cross-functional roles.
