What you will do
- Design secure, scalable, and resilient AWS landing zones, network architectures, and multi-account environments.
- Act as a platform product owner, understanding developer needs and delivering tools, workflows, and automation.
- Define golden paths, infrastructure-as-code standards, and governance patterns for consistency and compliance.
- Embed security, auditability, and operational resilience into every layer of the platform.
- Coach and support platform engineers, driving adoption of best practices and improving engineering maturity.
Requirements
- Platform leadership experience in regulated or complex environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including compute, networking, security, and data platforms.
- Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK for building reusable solutions.
- Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery tooling, ideally Harness.
- Understanding and application of SRE principles, observability, and operational resilience.
- Experience embedding governance, audit, and regulatory controls into platform design.
- Collaborative approach to working with engineering, security, and compliance teams.
- Experience supporting large-scale platform or cloud transformation initiatives.
- English: B2 required for all application documents and communication.
