TL;DR

Commercial Solutions Architect (Medtech): Ensuring the technical feasibility, scalability, and credibility of commercial engagements for medication management solutions with an accent on integration architecture, tender support, and data governance. Focus on accelerating complex deals, clarifying integration architectures with customer IT, and strengthening data-security documentation.

Location: Hybrid role with offices in Helsinki, Salo, Uppsala, Oslo, and Denmark. Applicants must be eligible to work in the country of work location and hold valid EU work authorization.

What you will do

• Clarify integration architecture with customer IT and coordinate delivery with Product & R&D teams.
• Analyze technical and integration requirements in RFQs and draft/review technical tender responses.
• Support security, API, hosting, and data-handling discussions, participating in DPA/DPIA and IT security reviews.
• Act as the key technical authority in commercial engagements, ensuring feasibility and influencing integration standardization.
• Shape the technical foundation of how hirify.global wins and delivers, operating at the center of Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions architecture, technical sales, or integration leadership in commercial/technical environments.
• Experience working with enterprise or public-sector customers, including navigating technical, security, and procurement requirements.
• Track record of coordinating cross-functional technical projects.
• Skills in technical discovery, integration architecture, solution design, and tender documentation.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to customers with healthcare or technical background.
• Fluency in Nordic languages in addition to English is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the country of work location and hold valid EU work authorization.
