TL;DR

Manager, Marketing Programs (B2B SaaS): Developing and optimizing regional marketing programs to drive pipeline across EMEA with an accent on email marketing, sales cadence, and audience segmentation. Focus on managing campaign performance, coaching junior team members, and ensuring operational excellence in a high-growth tech environment.

Location: Onsite in Berlin, Germany. This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and optimize regional marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across EMEA.
  • Lead and scale email marketing and sales cadence programs, ensuring alignment across multiple languages and segments.
  • Build and maintain sales cadence templates (e.g., in Salesloft), collaborating with regional sales teams for content relevance.
  • Partner closely with regional field marketing, content, and sales teams to align campaign strategies and messaging.
  • Manage audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and localization workflows for impactful regional communications.
  • Own campaign and cadence performance reporting, analyse key metrics, and recommend optimizations for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Manage and coach a team of Marketing Programs Coordinators, fostering professional growth and best-practice adoption.
  • Collaborate with global marketing operations to ensure systems, processes, and data integrity are consistent and scalable.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing email marketing and sales cadence programs in a B2B environment, ideally across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation and sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and optimize multi-language, multi-segment campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign and engagement data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy, clarity, and tone across regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
