What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of highly complex projects, portfolios, or programmes within Group Functions.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business areas.
  • Drive adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor progress, report on key milestones and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering large, complex, multi-supplier transformation/change projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in budget and resource management at project, portfolio, and programme levels.
  • Experience in risk management and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • B2 English proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a platform and product model.
  • Professional project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
