Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. You must live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

Salary: $191,000–$223,000 USD

• Envision, champion, and support the development of novel ML systems and product integrations.
• Design and build efficient AI solutions for hirify.global CS products, working cross-functionally.
• Shape ideas from inception to production, turning visionary concepts into impactful realities.
• Develop and enhance various AI models, ML services, and tools including LLM fine-tuning, RAG/Search, and LLM evaluation.
• Learn and share the latest AI/ML technologies with the team.

Requirements

• PhD/Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
• 5-9 years of ML engineering experience with ownership over large-scale software systems.
• Background in the design and development of AI and ML systems and services.
• Deep passion for building efficient and scalable ML-powered products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Must live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

• Experience with LLM driven chatbot and Agentic AI products.
