Salary: USD $150,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Define and articulate a compelling, future-forward product vision aligned with the company’s mission and growth strategy.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing innovation, scalability, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Lead customer discovery through direct engagement with schools, administrators, and educators.
• Translate customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure strong execution, quality, and velocity.
• Champion innovation, including emerging technologies like AI, automation, and analytics to transform school operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product strategy for a SaaS platform, ideally in education or a highly regulated industry.
• Strong track record of delivering innovative products that solve real customer problems.
• Experience driving AI-first or intelligence-driven product innovation, translating emerging technologies into high-value solutions.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, development, and roadmap prioritization.
• Ability to think big-picture while also diving into details when needed.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
