What you will do

• Lead project coordination, status reporting, and execution of project work efforts.
• Establish and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, assign tasks, and oversee daily work efforts.
• Monitor progress, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and escalate issues.
• Track key project milestones and proactively adjust plans and resources to meet evolving needs.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project details.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
• Strong experience in Banking Domains, including Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments & Collections, Retail & Mobile Banking, and Digital Channels.
• Proven expertise in Project Delivery, E2E Lifecycle management, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and Process Reengineering.
• Ability to manage a minimum of 3 projects with budgets ranging from SGD 10–25 Million.
• Knowledge of Technology & Operations, including Core Banking, SWIFT, and Online & Mobile Platforms.
• Demonstrated Stakeholder Management skills, including Senior Engagement, Cross-functional Leadership, and Vendor Coordination.
