What you will do

• Own the product direction for the AI Gateway data plane, processing and governing traffic from LLMs, MCP Servers, and agents.
• Drive cross-functional infrastructure work to connect the AI Gateway with the API Gateway, control plane, hirify.global Konnect, and hirify.global Operator.
• Manage a product roadmap that balances new feature development against technical debt and platform dependencies.
• Coordinate between engineering, design, product marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment across time zones.
• Support regional field activities in Shanghai, including customer-facing calls and sales enablement.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product management experience in infrastructure, developer tools, or platform software.
• Track record of shipping technical products while managing dependencies across distributed teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical infrastructure problems into detailed executable specifications.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential.
• Must be based in Shanghai for on-site work.
• Technical proficiency in API protocols, request routing, and data plane architecture.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with AI gateways, LLM routing, AI observability, or prompt management.
• Experience with agentic AI products, such as MCP servers and agent gateways.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and platform engineering workflows.
