What you will do

• Drive growth across the full staking portfolio (Staking, LST, On-chain Yields) to increase TVL, revenue, and active users.
• Collaborate with Research and Product Owners to monitor user feedback and recommend product iterations.
• Design and execute activity-driven campaigns to convert resources into on-platform user growth.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with DeFi, L1/L2, LST, RWA partners, and institutional clients.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and unified operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX, DeFi, or yield products.
• Solid understanding of DeFi and CEX products, including yield sources and associated risks.
• Product Owner mindset with the ability to assess product value and define positioning and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to drive partnerships from identification and negotiation to live integration.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for cross-team and partner communication.
