What you will do

• Own the master product messaging and positioning frameworks for core products, ensuring the platform is viewed as a critical strategic investment.
• Act as the primary liaison to the Product Management organization, influencing the roadmap with market needs.
• Serve as the narrative connective tissue between Product, Sales, Analyst Relations, and Corporate Marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain foundational product marketing assets, including core corporate decks and platform-level narratives.
• Direct a high-performing Core PMM team across multiple time zones, investing in their growth and elevating their ability.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required due to the need for exceptional communication and influencing C-level stakeholders.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related strategic function within B2B SaaS.
• 3-5 years of experience leading a global team.
• Direct experience in CMS, DXP, or Personalization technology is highly preferred.
• Possess hands-on fluency in modern software architecture, including reading API documentation.
• Ability to travel to the Berlin office at least once per quarter is required.
