What you will do

• Lead and scale the portfolio of publishers integrated with the SDK platform, focusing on success, growth, and operational excellence.
• Analyze and execute strategies to drive SDK adoption through partnerships and value-driven approaches.
• Oversee publisher onboarding, ensuring quick resolution of integration, billing, and technical issues.
• Build and operationalize systems to monitor SDK churn and lead re-engagement strategies.
• Align priorities and drive initiatives across Product, Customer Engineering, Data Science, BizOps, and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to improve platform experience and scale effectively for enterprise publishers, driving AI-powered automation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• 3-5 years of experience in growth, partner management, ad tech, or product-facing roles.
• Strong track record of driving cross-functional execution in fast-growing tech or SaaS businesses.
