TL;DR

Principal, Strategy & Planning (Device Software & Services): Designing and implementing scalable mechanisms for a VP's organization with an accent on driving annual planning, roadmap prioritization, and goal setting. Focus on identifying organizational pain points, improving efficiency, and building effective cross-functional relationships.

Location: Must be based in USA (Bellevue, WA or Seattle, WA)

Salary: $177,000–$239,400 USD annually

What you will do

  • Shepherd and write annual operating plans, strategy, roadmap, and business review documents.
  • Partner with Finance on annual financial plans and reporting requirements.
  • Drive annual planning, roadmap prioritization, and goal setting.
  • Identify organizational pain points and opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
  • Design, implement, and refine globally scalable mechanisms.
  • Build effective relationships across organizations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience handling ambiguous challenges through strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in verbal and written communication for executive-level leaders.
  • Experience leading strategic and financial planning for large organizations.
