hirify.global is a Series C company building an Agentic AI platform that enables enterprises to create high-performing hybrid workforces of humans and AI agents for global content creation and localization.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end technical execution from pre-sales discovery to deployment and value realization.
  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows to improve multilingual content quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Own integrations and automation, embedding hirify.global into enterprise systems like CMS, DAM, PIM, and commerce platforms.
  • Serve as the technical lead for customer deployments, ensuring go-live readiness and operational success.
  • Drive post-sale support, enablement, and adoption initiatives to quantify outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, Product, Engineering, and Account teams, providing technical feedback and influencing roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or related field with 10+ years in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical account management of SaaS products at Enterprise customers.
  • Experience with REST APIs, GitHub, AI SaaS workflows, enterprise change management, and technical solution design/integrations.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting complex implementation issues and creating custom solutions with software like LMS, CMS, PIMs, DAMs.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver post-sale support, training, and adoption initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
