What you will do

• Provide medical oversight and sign-off for Aika’s core clinical functionalities, including protocol design support and eligibility logic.
• Shape the medical and therapeutic strategy of the platform, prioritizing features that address real-world challenges in drug and device development.
• Lead medical input into product requirements, ensuring AI models and workflows reflect current standards of care and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with Clinical, Product, and Commercial teams to gather insights from key opinion leaders, sponsors, and investigators.
• Oversee the development of medically robust case studies, value narratives, and evidence dossiers for clients.
• Act as a key spokesperson for hirify.global on medical and clinical topics, including advisory boards, conferences, and strategic partner discussions.

Requirements

• Medical degree or equivalent, with significant experience in clinical development or medical affairs in pharma/biotech.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial methodology, endpoint selection, and benefit-risk assessment.
• Experience working with or overseeing digital health.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and scientific communication.
