What you will do

• Serve as a core member of the game team, embedding community perspective across development, social design, and live-ops.
• Collaborate with game teams to extend narrative, tone, and world-building into community and live-ops experiences.
• Actively contribute to live-ops strategy, ensuring community insight informs events, updates, and player engagement.
• Build and maintain real-time sentiment analysis, reporting, and feedback loops.
• Identify and implement in-game and out-of-game community integration opportunities.
• Engage directly with players, creators, and community leaders to inform product and live-ops direction.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada.
• Proven experience operating in live service, soft launch, and early live-ops environments, preferably in mobile or free-to-play games.
• Experience in tower defense and tower merge games.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate community insight directly into live-ops strategy, events, and feature development.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a solutions-driven, collaborative mindset.
• Deep understanding of gaming communities and social platforms including Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube.
