What you will do

• Work with the Head of International Licensing to ideate and drive product development initiatives and partnerships for the AMEA/ASIA regions.
• Ensure smooth product development from licensees, maintaining design integrity, brand consistency, and commercial competitiveness.
• Manage the development of creative materials such as photo shoots, trade fairs, SoMe content, etc.
• Identify market trends to drive creativity and establish design requirements.
• Ensure all products follow design requirements in adherence with style guides, ethical and brand protection requirements.
• Provide creative support for live activations in local territories.

Requirements

• Extensive background in product development for a licensor; experience from agents or licensees may be considered.
• Experience with adult or Kidult brands.
• Cross-category experience is preferential.
• Commercial acumen, aware of trends and competitor activities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of the licensing sector.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming sector is preferential.
• Experience with Flowhaven is a plus.
