What you will do

  • Develop and execute compensation strategies supporting organizational objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership, providing clear recommendations balancing business priorities and employee engagement.
  • Use advanced analytics to evaluate compensation structures and incentive programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of compensation best practices and industry benchmarks.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate compensation strategies into talent and business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or Applied Math.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Data Analytics or Compensation.
  • Advanced knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in incentive design and pay equity analysis.
  • Proficiency in compensation analytics tools and HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and budgeting.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Nice to have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or Master's degree is a plus.
  • Previous Financial Institution Compensation experience is desired.
