What you will do

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the Payroll team.
• Own the complete payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Lead, unblock, and support the Payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and implement best practices, key performance indicators, and SLA metrics for the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and managing relationships with third-party payroll services.
• Passionate about managing people.
• Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel/Google Sheet.
• Fluent English.
