What you will do

• Own the technical customer lifecycle from deployment through activation, ensuring successful use of Devin.
• Work closely with customers to understand technical challenges and identify optimal use cases for Devin.
• Build deep relationships with customer engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption.
• Implement requested features and advocate for customer needs within the engineering team.
• Exercise product instincts to help set the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field.
• Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in previous GTM or forward-deployed engineering roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for discussing complex technical topics with customers.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing, and high-intensity environments.
• Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn.

• Experience having sold highly technical products.
• Prior experience as a software engineer.
• Previously founded a startup.
