What you will do
- Take customer support calls.

- Sound understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and use own initiative.
- Patient and organised approach, able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.
- English: B2 required.
