What you will do
- Become an expert on the hirify.global platform and products like Street.co.uk and Bridge.
- Act as the first line of support for customer inquiries via email, live chat, video, or phone.
- Filter and take on technical and time-dedicated tickets from Client Services Executives.
- Escalate complex tasks and system bugs to the Street Engineering teams when necessary.
- Support and troubleshoot API-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Gather customer feedback and feature requests, communicating them to the development team.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Commercial experience in a customer service or IT support role.
- Confident in communicating with both internal teams and clients, managing expectations effectively.
- Passion for technology and websites with enthusiasm for further knowledge development.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and experienced in time management and prioritisation.
