What you will do

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for customer experience across hirify.global CRM, aligned with company strategy, customer needs and market developments.
• Own the product strategy and requirements for hirify.global’s Agentic AI experience.
• Define how agents interact with users, CRM data and workflows.
• Establish clear product interfaces, APIs and platform contracts to enable internal teams and ecosystem partners to build on the AI platform.
• Partner closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to shape technical direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with senior individual contributor or principal level scope.
• Proven experience owning complex product capabilities and shared platforms.
• Strong understanding of LLM, agentic systems and modern AI architectures.
• Experience working closely with AI and machine learning engineers on production systems.
• Comfort defining APIs, SDKs and platform level product surfaces.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany and work in a hybrid format.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS, ideally within CRM or workflow driven products.
• Experience shipping customer-facing AI powered features at scale.
• Experience building or evolving internal AI or developer platforms.
• Familiarity with privacy, security and data protection considerations in AI systems.
