What you will do

• Own master product messaging and positioning frameworks, ensuring the platform is viewed as a strategic investment.
• Act as the primary liaison to the Product Management organization, influencing the roadmap with market needs.
• Serve as the narrative connective tissue between Product, Sales, Analyst Relations, and Corporate Marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain foundational product marketing assets, including core corporate decks and platform-level narratives.
• Direct a high-performing Core PMM team across multiple time zones, investing in their growth and elevating their technical acumen.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related strategic function within B2B SaaS.
• 3–5 years of experience leading a global team (US and EMEA).
• Direct experience in CMS, DXP, or Personalization technology is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and public speaking, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Proven instructional management style and passion for mentoring.
• Hands-on fluency in modern software architecture, including understanding API documentation and headless configurations.
