Salary: $105,000–$310,000

What you will do

• Oversee projects from initiation to closure within Revenue Operations.
• Optimize business outcomes by implementing best practices in people, processes, and systems.
• Develop project plans to meet SLAs and enhance efficiency for customer experience and internal departments.
• Provide measurable input into Revenue Operations strategy and shape new processes and standards.
• Collaborate with internal customers to adopt, optimize, and extend global processes.
• Act as an interpreter between technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Over 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong project management skills with a keen focus on meeting deadlines and creating thorough business requirement documentation.
• Track record of success throughout the project development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results.
• Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment and demonstrate self-starting initiative.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, CPQ, Power BI.
• Experience in collaborating with sales teams and sales support teams.
• Strong appreciation for utilizing business intelligence to achieve desired business outcomes.
