Senior Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst: Building and improving consolidated management reporting, financial scenario modeling, and business analysis with an accent on providing insightful and actionable information for key decision making. Focus on creating executive-level reports, tracking key metrics, and driving improvements within existing financial models across the Finance organization.

Location: This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring employees to work in the office a minimum of three days per week in one of the following US locations: Bellevue, WA; Addison, TX; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

Salary: $65,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Build and improve consolidated management reporting, financial scenario modeling, and analysis for key decision-making.
• Create executive-level reports to inform senior leadership on financial performance and provide guidance on risks and opportunities.
• Track key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate business health.
• Prepare high-quality business analyses, insights, and modeling for ad hoc CFO projects.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end corporate reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial results, distill key trends, assess business risk, and communicate messages to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with strong academic performance.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in strategic/corporate finance, investment banking/management consulting, or at a high-growth technology company.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience building sophisticated 3-Statement financial models.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar finance forecasting systems.
• Proficiency in SQL or a comparable query language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with C-suite and institutional investor audiences.
