What you will do
- Own and evolve strategic workforce planning processes, integrating internal data with external labor market insights and future skill needs.
- Develop, automate, and maintain workforce planning reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SuccessFactors, presenting compelling data stories.
- Forecast workforce demand considering business growth, retirements, emerging skill needs, and market trends.
- Apply predictive analytics to anticipate risks and create proactive talent plans.
- Partner with Business Leaders to advise on organizational structures, span of control analysis, and job architecture development.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives, identifying capability gaps and aligning learning and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, or HR strategy roles.
- Expert proficiency in Excel (including automation/macros) and Power BI.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Korn Ferry or Hays preferred).
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable workforce strategies with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Nice to have
- Previous broader HR experience is preferable.
