What you will do

• Own and evolve strategic workforce planning processes, integrating internal data with external labor market insights and future skill needs.
• Develop, automate, and maintain workforce planning reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SuccessFactors, presenting compelling data stories.
• Forecast workforce demand considering business growth, retirements, emerging skill needs, and market trends.
• Apply predictive analytics to anticipate risks and create proactive talent plans.
• Partner with Business Leaders to advise on organizational structures, span of control analysis, and job architecture development.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives, identifying capability gaps and aligning learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, or HR strategy roles.
• Expert proficiency in Excel (including automation/macros) and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Korn Ferry or Hays preferred).
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable workforce strategies with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Nice to have

• Previous broader HR experience is preferable.
