TL;DR

Marketing Insights & Research Specialist - Quantitative Researcher II (Market Research): Leading end-to-end quantitative research projects to influence customer-centric business decisions with an accent on data synthesis, survey design, and behavioral analysis. Focus on connecting attitudinal and behavioral data to provide actionable insights for brand, growth, and market strategies.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (hybrid: office 2–3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects from hypothesis formulation to final reporting.
  • Integrate survey data, behavioral data, and internal metrics to synthesize actionable business insights.
  • Partner with Marketing Science and Data Science teams to drive measurable outcomes through statistical methods.
  • Manage external research agencies to ensure methodological rigor and high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards for brand, audience, and market growth.
  • Communicate complex analyses as clear stories and practical recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quantitative market research and data analytics in a consumer-focused environment.
  • Advanced skills in survey design, sampling, fieldwork management, and data collection.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JMP, SPSS, Pollfish, and Qualtrics.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands with the ability to work from the office 2–3 days per week.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Consumer Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python and SQL.
  • Background working within research agencies or the e-commerce/tech sectors.
