What you will do

• Master the quoting process within the Salesforce & CPQ system.
• Conduct the initial triage of quotes submitted to Deal Desk for review.
• Collaborate closely with Deal Desk members to manage the Deal Desk queue efficiently.
• Review assigned quotes in terms of deal financials, pricing, and business risk.
• Provide discount and pricing guidance based upon published business policy and guidelines.
• Act as liaison with cross-functional business partners to facilitate deal closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1 to 2+ years of experience with Sales Ops, Finance and/or Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, or Sales.
• Familiarity with financial or revenue recognition principles and contracting guidelines.
• Experience in a high volume / multi transactional environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
