What you will do

• Develop and evolve the information architecture and cross-platform foundations for the application.
• Establish core experience patterns and structural frameworks across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Design System team to ensure scalability, consistency, and technical feasibility.
• Manage end-to-end design cycles, from research through to implementation.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights and refine design hypotheses.
• Promote design principles and user-centered design philosophy, championing usability and accessibility across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems.
• Proven track record in designing sophisticated software products.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to deeply understand user needs through integrating user research into the design process.
• B2 English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly.
