What you will do

• Define and drive UX strategy, aligning user needs, business goals, and product vision.
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products.
• Create, document, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver feasible and aligned design solutions.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with strong end-to-end ownership.
• Proven experience designing complex, data-driven digital products.
• Ability to independently run user research and customer interviews (B2B experience is a strong plus).
• Strong proficiency with Figma, prototyping, and design documentation.
• Solid understanding of usability best practices and basic accessibility (WCAG).
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure, IP, or similar technical domains.
• Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or advanced tables.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Basic understanding of front-end implementation.
