Senior Product Designer (AI): Designing the horizontal platform foundations that enable AI- and multi-product capabilities with an accent on custom objects, configurable surfaces, and tailored workflows. Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (office-centric schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Salary: 31,916 - 35,160 PLN gross per month

• Lead end-to-end design for platform foundations that enable a flexible, structured, and extensible AI future.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision, and ship scalable solutions.
• Elevate the quality bar for the user experience and contribute to the internal design system.
• Shape the capabilities that allow users and agents to construct custom objects and tailored workflows.
• Facilitate human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of interaction and interface design.
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications.
• Proven ability to drive a human-centered design process informed by research and data.
• Strong systems thinking skills to untangle complex challenges into scalable components.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland to comply with the office-centric hybrid schedule.
