What you will do

  • Lead execution and rigorous monitoring of processes, acting as the primary owner of the client's operational journey.
  • Monitor key operational metrics to identify incident patterns and potential risks, managing escalations effectively.
  • Conduct analyses and prepare reports to support decision-making, transforming client feedback into structured insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Product, CX) to implement operational enhancements and eliminate friction points.
  • Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues, fostering a supportive work-life wellness environment.

Requirements

  • Strong English proficiency (C1) in writing, speaking, and listening to engage in meetings with global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to work with data and identify root causes of problems.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership in task execution.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in operations, customer support, client services, or related fields.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and continuous improvement.
