What you will do

• Act as overall owner of Project Management tools and software, developing, maintaining, and stabilizing their usage.
• Drive the development and optimization of Project Management tools.
• Act as content owner of the Product Development Process, identifying and resolving process-related challenges.
• Independently develop and implement a portfolio and project management reporting framework, including KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and coordinate with line and senior management.

Requirements

• A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Process Management, or a comparable analytical role.
• Strong expertise in Project Management tools and reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels.
• Fluent English skills; German is a plus.
