What you will do

  • Support and train International Brand Leads and 360 Experts (media, digital, trade, olfactive studio).
  • Strengthen partnerships with licenses by providing best-in-class support.
  • Oversee global consumer insight testing plans.
  • Design and supervise qualitative and quantitative studies, including consumer insights, brand equity, product testing, and trend analysis.
  • Lead transversal research initiatives to identify consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Act as the consumer insights expert for internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fuel business growth and innovation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three CMI managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in market research and consumer insights, ideally within cosmetics and/or fragrances.
  • Deep expertise in qualitative & quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing complex studies and senior client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, storytelling, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading a team and collaborating with interdependent cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in an agile setting with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong command of project planning, timelines, budgets, and quality management.
