What you will do

  • Align sales strategy and governance by implementing effective pay plans and incentives.
  • Coordinate with channel and partnership teams to ensure consistency across regions and verticals.
  • Collaborate with reward, finance, and marketing teams to create incentive schemes that encourage desired sales behaviors.
  • Establish sales goals based on quantitative analysis and management judgment, consistent with productivity metrics.
  • Design, launch, and govern sales incentives that reward sellers for outcomes aligned with sales strategy.
  • Work with the bonus calculation team to ensure accurate and timely payments and manage global targeting systems.

  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to use data to assess the effectiveness of pay plan implementation.
  • Customer focus with an understanding of customer needs and challenges.
  • Interpersonal skills at all senior levels.

  • Advanced degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in transforming organization sales methodologies and teams.
  • Track record of successfully growing a portfolio of business in a sales excellence role.
