What you will do

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with franchise service partners.
  • Advise partners on sales, operations, and local business development.
  • Implement retail standards and lead annual quality certification processes.
  • Develop and track business plans, sales targets, and cost performance.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and support local customer-facing initiatives.
  • Identify improvement areas and deliver training to franchise partners and teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of account management, sales, or client advisory experience in a commercial environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence business partners.
  • Willingness to work in the field regularly (up to 80% travel across Hungary).

Nice to have

  • Experience in automotive, retail, or franchise environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance and business planning.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or supporting partner development.
