What you will do
- Build and manage long-term relationships with franchise service partners.
- Advise partners on sales, operations, and local business development.
- Implement retail standards and lead annual quality certification processes.
- Develop and track business plans, sales targets, and cost performance.
- Execute marketing campaigns and support local customer-facing initiatives.
- Identify improvement areas and deliver training to franchise partners and teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of account management, sales, or client advisory experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence business partners.
- Willingness to work in the field regularly (up to 80% travel across Hungary).
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, retail, or franchise environments.
- Strong understanding of sales performance and business planning.
- Experience in training, coaching, or supporting partner development.
