What you will do
- Lead deep-dive analyses across the hirify.global’s digital portfolio, collaborating with Data, Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Data Science teams.
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand problem areas and opportunities, challenging assumptions with expert data knowledge.
- Innovate and improve existing processes to maximize value for audiences.
- Provide expert leadership in analytical approaches, developing and upskilling the wider team.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and experimentation within the Product Group.
Requirements
- Significant experience in an analytical role, preferably analysing digital products.
- Highly proficient in SQL and experience with extremely large and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to think strategically and a passion for high-quality, accurate analytics deliverables.
- Excellent data visualisation skills, with significant experience using tools like Tableau.
- Clear understanding of experimentation value and experience analysing A/B test results.
Nice to have
- Experience programming with scripting languages like Python.
- Experience with Data Science & Machine learning.
- Familiarity with agile or other rapid application development methods.
- Understanding of data pipelines and/or data modelling.
