• Update existing reports and migrate new ones to Power BI.
• Explore and implement advanced forecasting methods, including machine learning.
• Analyze and understand the company's current data landscape.
• Support the Service Quality & Process Improvement team.
• Deliver relevant information to the right people at the right time.

Requirements

• Location: Onsite in Warwick, UK.
• English: B2 required.
• Logical problem-solving skills, able to break down complex issues.
• Curiosity and confidence to ask "why" and challenge the status quo politely.
• Resilience and self-motivation in the face of unclear problems.
• Data aptitude with hands-on experience in Excel (formulas, lookups) or other technical tools.
