What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy and functional roadmaps for FX products, communicating a unified vision.
• Provide clear direction to engineering teams, ensuring smooth execution, consistent launches, and increased delivery speed and quality.
• Manage operational and regulatory risks for FX products and collaborate with peers across Payments and Lending.
• Understand the global FX market, competitive landscape, and regulatory constraints, validating problems through research and user feedback.
• Execute data-driven prioritization, balancing client needs and growth objectives against long-term product vision.
• Monitor product performance, focusing on key indicators, and propose new opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years focused specifically on Foreign Exchange (FX)
• Practical knowledge of FX market structure, including spot, forwards, options, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in building and scaling API-first products for developers or enterprise consumption.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical, financial, and regulatory information into clear, executable product plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
