What you will do

• Define product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for investment products aligned to business objectives.
• Make strategic build vs. buy vs. partner decisions.
• Run discovery to validate customer problems and solution approaches.
• Partner with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship features.
• Define success metrics and optimize based on evidence and data.
• Navigate regulatory requirements and translate compliance needs into seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years shipping customer-facing investment products at a brokerage, investment platform, or neobroker.
• Passion for investing and understanding investor behaviour.
• Obsession with world-class customer journeys and outcomes.
• Regulatory intuition to navigate compliance constraints.
• Evidence and data-driven approach to define metrics, run experiments, and make decisions.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to identify opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing without authority.
• Comfortable with technical discussions (APIs, integrations, platform architecture).

Nice to have

• Interest or experience building AI-powered investment features.
• Worked on platform partnerships or white-label integrations.
• Built products serving both novice investors and sophisticated traders.
