What you will do

• Lead complex projects that deeply connect restaurants with their guests.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain highly resilient and scalable systems.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Monitor feature rollouts to ensure customer success.
• Advocate for best coding practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Kotlin, Java, or another object-oriented language.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering reliable, distributed services to production.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide the team toward clear decisions.
• Capability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly across cross-functional teams.
• Driven by impact and motivated by solving for the customer.
• Hybrid work model requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Dublin office.
