What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable packaged integrations for enterprise HCM platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Define and drive integration architecture standards including JSON-based APIs, connectors, error handling, and end-to-end observability.
• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor packaged integration solutions.
• Lead architecture, design, and code reviews, and mentor developers across the team.
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML-based automation and integration tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in integration frameworks, JSON-based APIs, and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Proven technical leadership experience delivering integrations on at least one major HCM platform.
• Hands-on experience building Workday and/or SuccessFactors integrations, including experience developing on the Workday Extend platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications (Integrations, Extend, Orchestrate).
• Knowledge of Workday technical frameworks (Business Processes, Security, Extend, Orchestrate).
• SAP Certified Integration Developer.
• Experience using AI-powered developer productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
