Community & Communication Specialist (AI): Accelerating the adoption of AI ways of working across hirify.global by managing a vibrant internal AI community and delivering clear, compelling communications. Focus on building confidence, responsible adoption, and turning complex AI topics into clear, practical messages and actions.

Location: Remote (United States). Preferred location is East Coast. This role is available to residents of New York, Colorado, California, Washington, Hawaii, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts or Ohio.

What you will do

• Manage and support internal AI communities, including Viva Engage and Teams channels.
• Translate AI updates into clear, engaging messages and assets (FAQs, playbooks, guides, intranet content).
• Coordinate onboarding sessions, learning journeys, and enablement events for AI capability building.
• Maintain and refresh AI content repositories (KF GenAI Center SharePoint) to ensure they are current and easy to navigate.
• Monitor and report on community participation and communications performance, iterating based on feedback.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in communications, community/social media management, learning enablement, or project management.
• Very good level of written English with strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Copilot) and a passion for learning and experimentation.
• Strong coordination, project management capability, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; proactive, hands-on, and continuously improving.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI or broader technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with HR/L&D and internal communications.
• Some level of design skills (PowerPoint, Canva).
