What you will do

• Ideate, design, and execute sales transformation programs focused on growing strategic accounts.
• Translate complex business problems into AI-driven use cases and scalable digital solutions.
• Develop market strategies through innovative ideation and research methodologies.
• Identify relevant hirify.global solutions based on client’s business priorities.
• Drive cross-functional sales initiatives across multiple business units.
• Analyze trends, data, demographics, and pricing strategies for sales transformation.

Requirements

• Ability to create proactive and relevant pitch and conversation openers for stakeholders.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles (Sales / Consulting) preferred.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML concepts and GenAI (Copilots, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Cross cultural / multi geography exposure preferred.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.

• Prior Delivery/Account Management activities.
• Ability to lead consultative workshops.
• Willing to travel as required.
